If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. Windows says this about apps that aren't signed with a paid certificate yet; Vesper's is coming later.

Windows 10 or 11. The app shows Vesper using Microsoft Edge WebView2, the part of Edge that apps use to show web pages. It's built into Windows 11 and comes with Edge on most Windows 10 PCs. If it's missing, the app opens Vesper in an Edge app window instead, or you can install WebView2 from Microsoft's WebView2 page.
When a new version is out, Vesper shows an Update Vesper button inside the app. Click it, and it downloads and installs the new version for you.
Yes: same models, same account, same chats. The app adds its own window, menus and a Start menu shortcut. Your chats are still saved on your own computer, as on the website.
It installs in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Vesper, just for your Windows user. To remove it, open Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find Vesper, and click Uninstall.
Windows warns about new apps that aren't signed with a code-signing certificate, which costs money every year. Vesper's installer is built by Eyad; it installs only Vesper, for your user, and nothing else.
